These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spinplis ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the spinplis online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through spinplis.one.

By registering an account, accessing the spinplis platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the spinplis platform and close your account. Continued use of spinplis following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on spinplis, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. spinplis strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of spinplis, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from spinplis or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be accessing spinplis from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

spinplis reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of spinplis services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one spinplis account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinplis login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. spinplis will never request your password through any channel.
• KYC verification: spinplis may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account activity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure in accordance with spinplis's dormant account policy.

spinplis reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

spinplis supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your spinplis account. spinplis reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Currency: All transactions on spinplis are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spinplis is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Anti-money laundering: spinplis complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or reporting obligations to relevant authorities.

spinplis offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. spinplis reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or free spins not used before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• spinplis reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinplis platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the spinplis platform, its games, or its underlying software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games.
• Accessing spinplis from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spinplis staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full compliance with these Terms.

All content on the spinplis platform — including but not limited to the spinplis name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of spinplis or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spinplis platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any spinplis content without prior written permission from spinplis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplis and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

spinplis does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. spinplis will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

spinplis is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools. You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting spinplis support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the platform or receive any marketing communications from spinplis.

• spinplis is strictly a 21+ platform. We do not permit access by persons under 21 years of age.
• Deposit limits can be set at daily, weekly, or monthly levels and take effect immediately upon request.
• Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion, at your choice.
• spinplis participates in PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and cooperates with PAGCOR's player protection programs.

spinplis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.

You may close your spinplis account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

spinplis reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, spinplis will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of spinplis following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of spinplis shall first be submitted to spinplis's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. Disputes not resolved through these processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
